Quitting smoking is one of the most popular new year's resolutions, but you don't have to wait for a new year to quit! I Quitting isn't easy at the best of times, but with willpower and determination, anyone can do it. If you want to quit smoking, there's many different things you can do to ensure you're successful.

One of the major reasons that people decide to quit is due to personal reasons, such as them or their partner getting pregnant.
